- Features for saving favorites, tracking achievements, and managing collections
- Theme customization and personalization options
The specific features and functionality of the Service may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility

You retain ownership of any artwork, messages, or other content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Cruz a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6. AI Image Generation Service
6.1 Third-Party Services
Our image generation features rely on third-party AI services. The availability, quality, and results of these services are not guaranteed and may vary. We are not responsible for the content generated by these third-party services.
6.2 No Warranty on Generated Content
Generated artwork is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for how you use any generated artwork.
6.3 Usage Guidelines
- Use AI-generated artwork responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws
- Do not claim generated artwork as your original creation beyond what the Service allows

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. You may also delete your data by clearing the app's data from your device settings.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
